PROCEDURE (dates are indicative of the time required)
The process of creating an Anamnesis plan is designed with three values in mind: respect, truth and inspiration. The relationship begins with trust. Your words and your images become material for literary and poetic creation, without distorting the essence, without altering the content. Everything you trust us with remains protected. Read below the STEPS for ordering your own digital tribute.
Βήμα 1: Επικοινωνία & Επιλογή έργου
Contacting us is easy either through the Assignment Form that you will find above (without any obligation) or by sending an email to anamnesis.space@gmail.com expressing your interest. The Form provides the ability to upload files (photos, videos or other material) directly, after giving your consent to the use of personal data. We will contact you via chat or by phone for clarifications regarding the type and style of the composition you wish us to create for you.
Βήμα 2: Συναλλαγές & Δήλωση Συναίνεσης
After choosing the service (type, style, colors, music, etc.), you pay 50% of the pre-agreed amount in advance to the account indicated in the form and you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the GDPR Terms and the detailed description of our services. Payment is made upon delivery and after a 2nd online meeting to demonstrate the digital work and your full satisfaction and consent. The time usually required to create a fully personalized tribute depends on the material you will attach and in any case does not exceed two weeks.
Step 3: Creative Editing
With respect for the words, photos and personal story you gave us, the creative composition of the material begins: • writing literary texts • selecting photos, images, templates, etc. • designing a video or flipbook • introducing selected music of your choice • designing a personalized Anamnesis Tribute App (for a digital memory candle) • composing QR links / files for accessing the digital Cloud Storage space
Βήμα 4: Προεπισκόπηση & Επικύρωση
A draft of the project is sent in digital format for confirmation or any corrections. The final form is only created with your consent.
Βήμα 5: Παράδοση & Διατήρηση
Η Anamnesis αναλαμβάνει τη δημιουργία και την αρχική ανάρτηση του έργου (και αποστολή προαιρετικά σε φλασάκι μνήμης USB ή/και έντυπα). Η διατήρηση της σελίδας online εξαρτάται αιπό τη διαθεσιμότητα των τρίτων παρόχων υποδομής (π.χ. Cloud Storage/ Netlify κλπ). Το τελικό έργο παραδίδεται και σε QR Code σε ηλεκτρονική μορφή (SVG & PDF) για να ελεύθερη κατά βούληση εκτύπωση καθώς και σε έντυπη μορφή στο τρίπτυχο φυλλάδιο για τις τελετές μνήμης.
